Czech-Dutch investment boutique Fidurock has acquired two retail parks in the Czech Republic.
Fidruock has bought the Chrpa shopping center in the Chodov housing estate, Prague, and the Retail Park Trutnov, (pictured above) in Pec pod Sněžkouone, one of the largest retail parks in the Czech Republic.
Fidurock aims to give Chrpa shopping center, which mainly serves South City II and Horní Roztyly, a new look. “The project is located in an attractive residential location that has great potential for further development. Among the main tenants is the Albert supermarket, but here you will also find services related to optics, floristry, fitness, restaurants and much more.”
The 23,000 sqm Retail Park Trutnov features 16 tenants including Tesco, OBI, Planeo Elektro, Intersport, Jysk and KFC.
The company says, “We see great potential in the Chrpa shopping center in the Chodov housing estate in Prague. It is located in an attractive residential location and covers an area of almost six thousand square meters.”
Concerning Retail Park Trutnov, it says, “This acquisition is the largest we have ever made. We will keep you informed about the plans we have for this popular regional shopping park.”
Fidurock focuses on investments in real estate, namely in retail parks in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and residential real estate in the city center of Prague, Bratislava, Brno or Olomouc.
