Financière M.P. Landowski has bought the five-star Maison Bréguet in Paris from Foncière Concorde.

The 50-room Maison Brégue is on rue Bréguet, in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, near the Bastille and the Marais.

The former laundry machine factory was acquired by Foncière Concorde in 2013. The building showcases the work of numerous craftsmen including cabinetmakers, ironworkers and parquet floorers), and the style of the English architectural studio Sagrada.

Foncière Concorde is a private real estate investment company developing operations to revalue office, hotel, retail and also residential assets. It is a joint venture between the Terrot and Galia Groups.
