Pan-European Arete Investment Group has bought Panattoni Park Zgorzelec – its first logistics park in Poland.
The Class A logistics facility has a BREEAM Excellent certification and a total leasable area of around 65,000 square meters. The price has not been disclosed.
Panattoni Park Zgorzelec, on the Polish-German border, will be part of the Arete Industrial real estate fund portfolio.
It is fully leased long-term to a European manufacturer of disinfectants and hygiene products, a leading logistics operator running a distribution center and also other tenants.
This acquisition increases the portfolio’s total leasable area by 25%. It also raises the value of assets under management to more than €300 million. The leasable area of the fund is 48% in the Czech Republic, 27% in Slovakia, and 25% in Poland.

Zgorzelec has excellent connections to major highways, including the A4, which is part of the European Transport Corridor III. This ensures efficient transport to major cities like Dresden, Berlin, and Wrocław. The skilled workforce in both Poland and Germany is focused on manufacturing, retail, and services.
Panattoni Park Zgorzelec has advanced energy management systems, LED lighting, and also systems to limit water usage. The project is in line with Arete Group’s ESG strategy and its commitment to sustainability and modern infrastructure.
Arete maintains focuses on value-add facilities in strategic Central and Western European countries near major transportation hubs and key distribution centres.
