Duda Development has sold two Polish retail parks to a private investor.
The Polish retail parks are in Zabrze and Gliwice in Silesia. The private buyer was represented by Avison Young and Radomski REIM.
Zabrze retail park is in the southern part of town, near cross-town route 902 (Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa). The entire area of over 3,000 m2 has been let. The largest tenants are Biedronka, Pepco, Rossmann and also TEDi.
Gliwice retail park is in the eastern part of town, near the A1 highway and cross-town route 902. It offers over 3,300 m2 GLA which is also 100% rented. The main tenants are Aldi, Pepco, Rossmann and TEDi.
Artur Czuba, Associate Director, Investment at Avison Young, says, “Transacted retail park portfolio offers what the best quality retail park in the regional market should have: great location, excellent tenant mix and additional facilities. In times of market uncertainty, investors tend to focus on the best projects, offering a perspective of long and stable income. Therefore, this Silesian retail park portfolio, with model location, perfect visibility and long WAULT with multiple anchors was a very attractive purchase for our client.”
