Poland-based Falcon Investment Management has bought two retail parks.
The seller of the Pasaż Kępiński and Pasaż Grodziski retail parks is Poland-based retail specialist, Refield.
The selling price is reported to be over PLN 150 million (around €35 million).
Pasaż Kępiński, in Baranów near Kępno consists of 12,000 square meters with 21 retail units in three buildings. It is close to the junction of national road 11 and the Baranowo bypass.
Pasaż Grodziski, in Grodzisk Wielkopolski, is 6,500 square meters and has two buildings with 10 retail units. It has a car park for around 170 cars.
Falcon Investment Management previously purchased the Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński retail park from Refield. The park was later renamed OTO Park Golub-Dobrzyń.
Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, CEO of Refield, says, “After Pasaż Golubsko-Dobrzyński, we are handing over to the Falcon fund two more retail parks we have built, but also fully commercialised. The tenants include the most popular retail brands, which are a guarantee of business success.”
Falcon Investment Management’s plans to create a network of retail parks under the OTO Park brand.
