Singapore-based REIT Frasers Logistics and Commercial Trust (FLCT) has acquired DC Aviation Valley distribution center, near Maastricht Airport.
DC Aviation Valley has been sold by the southern Netherlands construction company, Willems Bouwbedrijf.
The new-build will have a total lettable floor area of around 12,960 square meters and is planned to be completed in Quarter 3, 2024.
FLCT is excited about the opportunity to invest in this state-of-the-art environmentally-friendly distribution center in an emerging logistics region.
Maastricht Logistics Services, which specializes in services to transport companies has already agreed to a long lease.
The distribution center offers excellent access to major highways A2, A76, A79 and proximity to the German and Belgian borders.
FLCT is a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust with a portfolio of 107 industrial and commercial properties, valued at approximately S$6.5 billion.
