French intuitional investors Caisse des Dépôts has bought residential rental properties Strunges Hus and Mørchs Hus in Copenhagen – its first Danish purchase.
The seller is Bellakvarter A/S, which is co-owned by domestic pension funds Sampension (66%) and Akademikerpension (33%).
Strunges Hus and Mørchs Hus were built by Solstra Development ApS. Colliers advised Bellakvarter in the transaction. EjendomsWatch reports that the properties sold for DKK 620 million.
The properties are in Bellakvarter next to Bella Center Exhibition Centre in Ørestad, Copenhagen. Mørchs Hus has three ground-floor commercial units. The properties are DGNB Gold-certified.
The average size of contemporary-designed units is 71 square meters and they are fully let.
