Henniger Investment S.A has bought the Bonarka Meadows residential development project in Krakow, Poland, from Revetas Capital.
Bonarka Meadows is on two plots adjacent to Building G and Building H which are part of the 77,000 square meter class-A office complex Bonarka for Business
Bonarka for Business (B4B) is a fully BREEAM-certified complex with many blue-chip tenants and is a landmark office development of TriGranit.
The plots have a total development area of 10,400 square meters with building permits in place for 20,800 square meters residential purposes and are planned to deliver 434 modern apartments spread across four buildings, each with 10 above-ground storeys.
Henniger Investment S.A is a Polish company that has been operating in the investment industry for over 30 years. It has purchased land plots in Gliwice, Katowice and also Wroclaw.
