Consorto is exhibiting at the EXPO REAL trade show in Munich in October – and we would like to meet you there!

As well as having a stand at the show, which runs from Monday 7 October-Wednesday 9 October, we are excited to be taking part in the finals of the Market section of the BUILTWORLD Innovation Contest.

How to meet Consorto at EXPO REAL

During EXPO REAL, CEO Philip Verzun and Business Development Manager Steffanie Fränkel will be on hand at our stand at Startup Alley in Hall A3 Stand 240 to explain how Consorto connects sellers, investors and brokers worldwide and increases sales.

Consorto is the first pan-European online marketplace for commercial real estate and helps investors find new deals and realtors and also developers grow their business.

Philip Verzun explains, “Consorto operates on a digital platform with AI-driven deal matching and deal-flow automation to make buyer and seller transactions quicker and more efficient.

“As a fast-growing proptech company, we are delighted to have won through to the BUILDWORLD Innovation finals.

Consorto’s B2B platform features commercial real estate listings from office, industrial, retail, hotels and resorts, land, mixed use, special purpose and also development sectors.

There is a wanted property section so verified investors and agents can post their target properties and destinations. Consorto also features a special off-plan section so select investors can source properties that are planned or are being built.

How Consorto won through to the finals

We won our way through to the BUILTWORLD finals against more than 2.600 tech companies and more than 600 startups.

The semi-finals in London, UK, featured 50 startups who presented before an expert jury. Just 25 won through to the finals.

Consorto and the other finalists are competing for a final victory and the BUILTWORLD Innovation Award in each field in the Startup Battlefields. The five categories are Market, Invest, Plan & Build, Manage & Operate and Next City Solutions.

The expert semi-final jury in London consisted of major players in BUILTWORLD. These include Aachener Grund, Aareal Bank, Berlin Hyp, BNP Paribas REIM, CA Immobilien, CBRE and Commerz Real. They also included CORPUS SIREO, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Pfandbriefbank, Nemetschek, PATRIZIA, PwC, STRABAG PFS, Union Investment, UBS, Vonovia and WISAG.
