Lords LB Asset Management has agreed to buy the Technopolis Business Park in Vilnius, Lithuania from Technopolis in the biggest deal in the Baltics this year.
The investment company Baltic Opportunity managed by Lords LB Asset Management and Technopolis Lietuva signed a purchase-sale agreement for Technopolis Ozas and submitted documents to the Competition Council. It is the biggest real estate transaction in the Baltic countries this year.
The gross leasable area of the Technopolis business park is approximately 106,000 square metres.
The Ozas campus consists of six different office buildings and is located next to Ozas Park in northern Vilnius. Technopolis has owned the Ozas campus since 2013, and there are more than 140 customers on campus today.
