Around one-third of all Poland office deals have been completed with the help of Avison Young’s investment team, says the agent.
And Avison Young Poland has just helped close another transaction, as developer White Stone sold HOL 7.7 complex in Cybernetyki Street, Warsaw to Flora Development.
The HOL 7.7 complex is in the Mokotów district, close to Frederic Chopin International Airport. It is made up of two office buildings of around 15,400 square meters of Gross Leasable Area with underground parking.
