Retail specialist Multi Corporation has bought an office building in Alkmaar, the Netherlands, which it plans to convert into a mixed-use complex.
The 10.000 square meter office complex at Wognumsebuurt 10-12 includes a parking garage.
The complex, next to Alkmaar Centraal Station, is used by the Municipality of Alkmaar, with the current user agreement remaining in place.
In future, Multi Corporation intends to transform the building into a mixed-use development, with living, working and retail spaces.
In this transaction for the office building in Alkmaar, Multi Corporation received advice from Hemwood (legal) and TAUW (technical). The seller was represented by Osborne Clarke (legal).
