Netherlands-based Everglow Real Estate has bought a city-center office at Enschede from M7 Real Estate.
The office building at Nijverheidsstraat 28-30 includes 9,702 square meters of lettable floor area and 226 parking spaces. It has excellent accessibility and is within easy reach of Enschede railway station and other facilities.
Everglow Real Estate has acquired the office at Enschede in close collaboration with investment companies of the van Berkel family from Roelofarendsveen and several private investors.
Everglow Real Estate was advised by Rechtstaete (legal and tax) and notary office Brummelhuis. M7 Real Estate was advised by CBRE in collaboration with Prime Realty Partners and Loyens & Loeff acted as legal advisor.
