SCPI Transitions Europe, managed by Arkéa REIM has acquired a life sciences portfolio in the Netherlands, its first in the sector.
The Axiom Portfolio consists of two assets in Amsterdam and Rotterdam and is the fourth Dutch purchase for Arkéa REIM.
The assets, which have a total surface area of 7,600 square meters, have been recently renovated and have an EPC-A energy rating.
The portfolio is fully let under leases with an average remaining firm term of more than 10 years to a leading tenant, a world leader in laboratory testing, inspection and certification.
Arkéa REIM was supported and advised in this transaction by its partner, Sienna Real Estate, law firm Greenberg Traurig and Drees & Sommer for the technical audit.
