Commercial property company IMMOFINANZ has sold a Vienna office property, the Bureau am Belvedere, to an Austrian investor.
The nearly 9,000 square metre property, in Vienna’s fourth district, has an exceptional view of the Belvedere Palace and its gardens.
This sale marks a crucial milestone in IMMOFINANZ’s ongoing portfolio optimisation strategy, following the successful sale of properties worth approximately €166 million last year. The sale demonstrates the strong demand for the company’s properties in the current market environment.
IMMOFINANZ’s Executive Chairwoman, Radka Doehring, highlights the progress made towards optimizing their portfolio and increasing their focus on retail properties and high-yield office solutions. He says the sale of the Bureau am Belvedere was carried out in accordance with their portfolio strategy. The property is fully leased, ensuring a stable return on investment for the new owner.
