Consorto is seeing increasing demand for special purpose property, particularly data centers.
Property Listing Manager, Märt Roos, says, “In August we have seen increasing demand for data centers, preferably located in Western Europe. Also, different industrial assets – logistics centres, warehouse and land suitable for industrial development, are still in high demand.
One key aspect of industrial assets investors look for is a strategic location with connections to different regions of Europe. “In many cases, the interest has been focused on industrial assets in the Nordics, but also Western and Central European countries.”
Value-add office properties have retained their popularity with institutional investors. “There is strong interest for properties in the capital cities of Western European countries, starting from 2,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area,” Märt adds.
Consorto’s AI-driven deal-flow automation system improves speed, accuracy and also efficiency for commercial real estate investing.
Investors can search and select from industrial, offer retail, hotels and resorts, land, mixed-use, special purpose and development sectors, as well as sought-after off-market properties.
There is also a special Private Listings section for commercial real estate sellers. This allows them to control how much information is shared with buyers.
Märt Roos says more data helps sell properties.
