Property investment company S IMMO has sold the HOTO Business Tower in Zagreb, Croatia.
The buyer of the 15,500 square meter office building is reported to be Slovenian businessman Miha Azman.
The 64-meter-high tower is on the edge of the central business district of the Croatian capital. It was built in 2004 and was the first skyscraper after the Croatian War of Independence.
The sale is in line with S IMMO’s strategy of gradually withdrawing from the Croatian office market.
Tomáš Salajka, a member of S IMMO’s Management Board, says, “The HOTO Business Tower was S IMMO’s last existing property in Zagreb. With the sale, we have now completely exited the Croatian market. We are delighted with the successful sale, which once again creates liquidity for investments in S IMMO’s other core markets.”
