SCPI Transitions Europe from fund managers Arkéa REIM has acquired the Orion Campus Building in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.
The office property was sold by Tristan Capital Partners for €27.4 million, it is reported.
The Orion Campus Building has around 11,000 square meters of Lettable Floor Area offices and also 315 parking spaces. It is let for over 90% on a multi-tenant basis.
The property is in Beukenhorst, the best-performing office district in Hoofddorp, around 30 minutes from Amsterdam.
The Orion Campus Building was constructed in 1999 and extensively renovated in 2021 in an Art Deco style. It has energy labels A/A+ and also a BREEAM Good score, based on a pre-assessment. The building is 10 minutes from Schiphol Airport.
